Google is hanging up on GrandCentral.com

I caught the following news on News.com:

Google Voice, of course, is the new version of the GrandCentral technology Google acquired in July 2007. Under the service, people pick a phone number from Google Voice; when others call it, Google can ring all the actual phones a person uses and handle voice mail.

While this may not seem like big news, it does make me think further about the implications of Google’s recent acquisition of Gizmo5 for Google Voice. Depending how Google manages the acquisition and the integration of the technologies and it could have the potential of being a real game changer.

Thoughts about Technical Editing and Reviewing

I would be the first person to describe myself as a blank pages kind of a technical writer because I like writing documents from scratch and see it as one of my strengths (or at least I like to think so).
